Festivals in Umbria
Umbria is the only peninsular Italian region without sea access. Its an enchanted land, with small villages, such as Montefalco, Bevagna, Amelia or Castiglione del Lago, on the Lake Trasimeno. Starting from spring, you can travel this region to find small town festivals, where people from a small village work and enjoy the Italian traditional food all together. There are also many bigger traditional festivals, such as Infiorate in Spello, Calendimaggio in Assisi, or Christian festivals during Christmas or Easter.
